We accept returns of dog bandanas, necklaces, and hats only. Books and journals cannot be returned. Bandanas, necklaces, and hats must be in new and unused condition and returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us via e-mail if a bandana, necklace, or hat does not fit your dog and you want to return it. We will provide you with the shipping address and any further details.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and to discuss the refund. Please note refunded amount will not include our postage cost that was included in the original purchase price and we do not pay postage for you to return the item. If you prefer to exchange the item for a different size we will be happy to discuss how to do that.
